After three years of hard work, Whitney was crowned an Honor Star. She started Missionettes as a 5 year old Daisy and worked her way through Prims and Stars to earn her crown. If you aren't familiar with Missionettes, think Christian Girl Scouts. This was new to me, I grew up with Girls Meeting God (GMG), or as the boys called it, Grandma's Motorcycle Gang. They spend time on Wednesday nights learning truths from the Bible. Over the last three years they memorized a whopping 27 verses. The entire program culminated with a huge test of these verses. We are all so proud of her hard work and diligence.
It was a wonderful evening of celebration.

How precious are they?

Whitney had fun watching a video of photos from their 3 years together.

Whitney with her good friend Eleanor ~ these two were inseparable in Stars.
This is the first of two big milestones for Whitney this month. Stay tuned for her elementary school graduation. My baby girl is growing up... and I couldn't be more proud.
This is really so sweet. We did Pioneer Girls when we were little. Loved it!
