Dreams came true for us this summer! I have always wanted to go to a balloon festival and got my chance. The Larimer County Fair had two mornings of balloon launches, I was in heaven. The kids weren't overly thrilled with the time we had to get up and go, but we all decided in the end it was worth it. There were about 15 balloons that made the launch so special.
Reagan used our other camera and highlighted the reds only, too cool.
Off to do some boating after balloons and bagels! This has been a Reagan wish-list-item for some time! Thanks to our good friends Jon & Nicole we were able to do it.
The kids took up the entire front of the boat.
I'd love a repeat picture of this in about 10 years!!

The thank yous (authentic or prompted) are so appreciated. I have one week left to cram in the fun we have all looked forward to this summer. I hope your summer comes to an end making even more memories!
What a blast!! We went to one of the Night Glows in Fort Collins. Of course, ours had a little more action ... one one of the ignitors blew up and the balloon set on fire ... I have to admit it was pretty cool. But I'm a bit of a pyro. :)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE boating. We used to have one and we'd go skiing every summer. The girls look like they're having so much fun on that two person raft thing. But my FAV shot is the one of you and Scott. You're sitting there having so much fun enjoying the ride and Scott only has eyes for you!!! hahaha
Enjoy your final week of summer ... I can't believe it's true already. I'm sure you'll post First Day of School pictures. I'll be watching for them.
